What are your greatest gifts and talents?

I have been happily working as a registered massage therapist for almost a quarter of a century.
I like people, am a positive person (most of the time) and I want to do my part in helping to create a better world.
I like teaching what I know, mentoring.

Are you looking for work?

Not really. Sometimes I have openings in my massage schedule.

What skills do you have?

Massage and bodywork. Cycling. Exercise consulting and yoga. Editing. I speak 4 languages.

Which issues are the most important to you?

Environment, both outer and inner. Social justice. Voluntary simplicity. Cyclist rights and cycling infrastructure.

What would you love to see in Fernwood?

More people walking, cycling. Good neighbourly relations. Block parties. More trees, food plots and hobby farms. A food co-op that sells organic locally grown foods and bulk foods

What do you appreciate the most about Fernwood?

Its central location, close to downtown, UVic.
I love the recently revitalized core of Fernwood.
Its citizenry: artsy, socially active, creative, involved, caring.
